Welcome to AIVDO (aivdo.ai), an AI-powered text-to-video generation platform operated by AIVDO. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
AIVDO converts text input into narrated, subtitled videos using artificial intelligence. The service includes AI text analysis, image generation, video clip generation, text-to-speech narration, and automated video composition. Results vary based on input quality and selected settings.
To use AIVDO, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. One account per person -- duplicate or shared accounts may be suspended.
AIVDO uses a subscription-based system with monthly video quotas. Video generation is counted per video based on your plan:
Video quota is deducted when a job starts. If a job fails due to a system error, the quota is automatically refunded. Quota is non-refundable for completed jobs or jobs that fail due to content violations.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed through MaxCardPay (for PromptPay, Thai cards, and Bill Payment) or Stripe (for international cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. A renewal reminder is sent 3 days before expiry with a QR payment code. If payment is not received within 3 days after expiry (grace period), the subscription expires and your account reverts to the Free tier. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard -- access continues until the end of the current billing period. Plan upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Payments are processed by MaxCardPay (operated by Techcogent Co., Ltd., licensed by Bank of Thailand) for domestic Thai payments, and by Stripe for international payments. By making a payment, you agree to the respective payment provider's terms of service. AIVDO does not store your credit card numbers -- all card data is handled directly by the payment provider.

All input text is screened by our content moderation system. Content that violates these guidelines will be rejected, and repeated violations may result in account suspension.
When using Presenter Mode, you agree to the following additional rules:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and removal of all generated content. We reserve the right to report suspected misuse to relevant authorities.
Your content: You retain ownership of the text you submit and the videos generated from it. You are responsible for ensuring your input text does not infringe on others' rights.
Platform license: By using AIVDO, you grant AIVDO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., AI analysis, video generation, temporary storage). We do not use your content for training AI models.
Our content: The AIVDO platform, branding, UI, and documentation are owned by AIVDO. The underlying AI models are subject to their respective providers' terms of service.
AIVDO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated videos will be error-free, meet specific quality standards, or be suitable for any particular purpose. AIVDO's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform depends on third-party services (AI APIs, MaxCardPay, Stripe, cloud infrastructure) that may experience outages. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Video quota for jobs affected by outages will be refunded.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for subscriptions. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
